SARAH
OWNER, FOUNDER & LEAD TEACHER - YOGA
Sarah is the visionary behind Seek’s unique approach to movement, yoga, and strength training. With more than 15 years of teaching experience and 9 years of studio ownership, she has developed innovative programming that blends functional movement, athleticism, and yoga into impactful, thoughtfully designed classes. Sarah teaches across Yoga, Strength, and Cycle disciplines, bringing a dynamic and purpose-driven approach to every class. Recognized multiple times as Best Yoga Teacher in Salt Lake, Sarah is passionate about helping people move with greater strength, confidence, and purpose. Her love for outdoor adventure sports continues to shape SEEK's philosophy and programming. -

KATE
MANAGER + LEAD TEACHER - CYCLE
Kate has been part of SEEK since day one and has played an integral role in shaping the studio into what it is today. She received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2016 and has since expanded her teaching across yoga, cycle, and strength training. Kate is the Cycle Team Lead and Seek's Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day details that keep the studio running smoothly. Outside the studio, you'll usually find her mountain biking, surfing, or chasing her next outdoor adventure. -

MADISON
MANAGER + LEAD TEACHER - STRENGTH
Madison is SEEK’s marketing manager and lead strength trainer. Madison is a certified personal trainer through ACSM and a 200-HR registered yoga teacher. Graduating from Salt Lake Community College in 2016 with her AAS degree in the Fitness Technician program, she's been working in the industry ever since. Madison takes a very functional approach to the way she teaches movement and technique for strength training and yoga. She's our Strength Team Lead and resident Kettlebell Queen! As a Utah native, you'll likely find her adventuring in the mountains during her free time going hiking, camping or snowboarding. -
DANIELLE
LEAD TEACHER - PILATES
Danielle has been a movement education enthusiast her whole life and brings this dedication to her Pilates leadership role at Seek. With a background in sports conditioning, yoga, and Pilates, she loves to blend these practices into cohesive workouts that leave folks feeling challenged and supported. Having dealt with injuries as an athlete, she has a passion for functional movement and tailoring workouts to individual needs. When she’s not in the studio, Danielle spends her time growing her massage therapy practice, figure skating, and searching for the best cup of coffee in the valley.
