a week in Panama built around the things we love most: moving well, getting outside, trying something new, and doing it alongside good people - enjoy yoga, pilates, surfing, recovery, and space to slow down and fully experience an unforgettable adventure
THE EXPERIENCE
Join SEEK teachers Sarah, Jesus, and Madison for seven days and six nights of movement, adventure, and connection on the Pacific coast of Panama. Our home for the week will be Sansara Resort in Cambutal, where days will be anchored by yoga and pilates, with plenty of time to surf, explore, recover, and enjoy the incredible setting around us. Whether you’re brand new to surfing or already comfortable in the water, you’ll have opportunities for lessons and daily surf outings, along with an oceanside jungle adventure and optional experiences like SUP, fishing, hiking, biking, and more. We’ll build in plenty to do, and ample time to rest and soak in the peace of the experience.

This shared cabana sleeps 4 in 2 king beds or 4 twins. A spacious loft, private restroom, and garden view terrace make this a great space for friends. If booking individually, we will do our best pair you with gender preferences selected during the reservation process. If booking with friends, each person must reserve individually and note the names of your desired roommates during the reservation process.
Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your full retreat cost.
