A complete approach to movement

Yoga, strength, pilates, and cycle classes designed to complement one another and support the life you live beyond the studio.

YOGA

Our Yoga classes are designed to improve how you move, feel, and function in everyday life. Combining the foundations of traditional yoga with functional strength, stability, mobility, and mindful movement, our classes help you build a more capable body while cultivating balance, awareness, and resilience.

Yoga serves as a powerful complement to SEEK's other disciplines, helping to improve mobility, movement quality, recovery, and body awareness while supporting long-term physical health and performance. From energizing Flow and Power classes to restorative and recovery-focused practices, each class style plays an impactful role in your well-rounded movement practice, self-care, and overall well-being.

Our yoga classes are practiced in a comfortably warm room (74–78°F), not a hot studio. We believe movement and breath should be the primary tools for building strength, mobility, resilience, and body awareness, allowing the practice itself to create the challenge while leaving you feeling strong, clear, and energized.

STRENGTH

Our Strength classes are designed to build athletic, real-world strength that carries into everything you do outside the studio. Using free weights, kettlebells, TRX, resistance training, and functional movement patterns, you'll develop power, stability, endurance, and resilience in a way that feels purposeful and sustainable.

We believe great training is about more than working hard—it's about training intelligently. Every class is designed to improve how your body performs, helping you move with greater confidence, efficiency, and capacity in everyday life.

With class sizes capped at nine participants, you'll receive personalized coaching, form feedback, and the attention needed to train safely and progress consistently.

Our strength classes are intentionally capped at just 9 participants, allowing our coaches to provide individualized guidance, refine technique, and help you move with greater confidence. We believe better coaching leads to better movement and better results.

CYCLE

Our Cycle classes are designed to build cardiovascular fitness, endurance, power, and long-term athletic capacity through purposeful, performance-driven training. Rooted in proven training principles, our rides combine hills, intervals, power efforts, and endurance work to create workouts that are both challenging and measurable.

Every bike is equipped with performance metrics that help guide your effort, track your progress, and provide meaningful feedback over time. Fueled by motivating music and expert coaching, our cycle classes help you improve your conditioning, expand your work capacity, and perform at a higher level both on and off the bike.

Several of our cycle formats incorporate off-bike strength and core training, creating a more complete approach to fitness and athletic development.

Our cycle classes are rooted in performance, not choreography. Rather than riding to the beat, we use purposeful interval training, measurable metrics, and data-driven coaching to build cardiovascular fitness, strength, and power that translates directly to skiing, hiking, cycling, running, and the active life you live beyond the studio.

PILATES

Our Pilates classes are designed to build core strength, stability, control, and body awareness through low-impact, highly effective movement. Blending classical Pilates principles with modern movement and athletic conditioning, these classes help you develop the foundational strength and movement quality that support everything from strength training and cycling to yoga, sport, and everyday life.

Pilates serves as an ideal complement to SEEK's other disciplines, helping to improve posture, coordination, balance, and movement efficiency while strengthening the smaller stabilizing muscles that often go overlooked in traditional training. The result is a stronger, more connected body that moves with greater precision, confidence, and resilience.

Pilates is an essential part of our approach to movement because lasting strength is built on stability, control, and quality movement. We see it as the bridge between rehabilitation and performance—helping you move more efficiently so you can do more of what you love.
