YES, it's true! You can now take Pilates-style classes at SEEK!

Meet our new Pilates Fusion class; a mat-based class designed to build full body strength with an emphasis on core strength, flexibility and stability. This high-energy, low impact class blends classical Pilates principles with athletic conditioning to get the best of both worlds. We use light weights, resistance bands and yoga blocks to challenge you through this workout.

Find Pilates Fusion on our schedule every Thursday at 9:00am and Saturday at 10:15am with Jesús.
