Postpartum Strength + Stability Series

A 4 week series with classes on Mondays 12:00-12:45pm

This 4 week training series is designed specifically for early postpartum women, as well as those in their first and second trimesters of pregnancy. You’ll build strength and stability, while addressing the unique needs of your body as it undergoes major physical transition and healing.

The class experience will include strength building through the use of primarily bodyweight movements, with the addition of resistance bands, and weights as the series progresses. Ample breath work will help develop deep abdominal muscle and pelvic floor coordination. Enjoy some nice stretching and mobility to end each class and care for your body during this phase of life.

This series will be led by Anna Ratliff, who is a SEEK strength instructor and physical therapist. Anna has been a PT working with orthopedic and pelvic floor patients for over 5 years with advanced training in postpartum care and Pilates. She has taught Pilates specifically for pregnant and postpartum clients and loves helping people adjust to their new bodies and get back to activity postpartum.


Participation in the full 4 week series is encouraged.
