Sarah Betts, Founder + Owner
Sarah is SEEK Studio's owner and founder, and you'll find her sharing her love for movement and functional training across many disciplines. With over 12 years of teaching experience, Sarah designs creative and inspiring yoga classes in her signature FLOW: strong format. Her passion for outdoor adventure sports is the foundation of her always-challenging and impactful STRENGTH training classes where she strives to bridge the gap between "fitness" and a true training experience. All of Sarah's classes are thoughtfully created to help you do more of what you love to do outside of our studio walls.
When not at SEEK you'll find Sarah on her mountain bike, backcountry skis, rafting the rivers of the west, or camping under the stars. She's a dog lover, a community builder, and all-around advocate for living an adventurous and fulfilling life.
Kate McGowan, Lead Instructor + Manager
Kate has been teaching Yoga at SEEK since the opening day after receiving her CYT-200 certification in 2016. Originally from Maine, Kate moved to the Wasatch Front in pursuit of the boundless outdoor recreation and soon found the practice of yoga. What began as a journey to complement her skiing and mountain biking soon became a way of life and much more than a physical modality. As SEEK evolved, so did Kate and her teaching roles. She now teaches all disciplines and is Lead Cycle Teacher and a part of the SEEK Management Team.
Kate's firm belief that a function physical practice will only improve your outdoor pursuits and mental health is still at the forefront of her Yoga flow, Cycle rides and Strength sequences.

Madison Jane, Lead Instructor + Manager
Madison is a certified personal trainer through ACSM and a 200-HR registered yoga teacher. Graduating from Salt Lake Community College in 2016 with her AAS degree in the Fitness Technician program, she's been working in the industry ever since. Madison takes a very functional approach to the way she teaches movement and technique for strength training and yoga and she's very passionate about delivering classes that are challenging yet empowering. You can expect funky and playful movement patterns in all of her classes. She's our Strength Team Lead and resident Kettlebell Queen!
As a Utah native, you'll likely find her adventuring in the mountains during her free time.
