Join Madison Jane for some well-deserved time on your mat this holiday season. Enjoy a grounding flow to give you some personal space amidst the holiday hustle and connect you with gratitude for the little things during this festive time of year.
This yoga class will be accessible to all levels in our classic Power to the Zen format. You will have the chance to move breath to movement to start your practice and work out the stress and kinks in your body. The second half of class will slow down so you can enjoy some deep stretching and breathwork to wrap up your practice.
