2021 was not the easiest year for anyone, and this won’t be an easy workout, but it will be an incredible way to wrap up your year on a strong note! Join Michele Lowry for this special hybrid CYCLE + STRENGTH class to get one last powerful workout in your year. This class will alternate between cycling and weight work to offer a full body cardio and strength workout. You’ll hop off the bike several times to get upper body and core work and the hour will fly by!
Oh, and did we mention there will be mimosas after class? A little treat for all of our 21+ friends!
We recommend wearing cycling shoes for this class and will provide shoes free of charge. Bring socks, water, and good vibes!
