New Years Eve Yoga

Sometimes the best way to end something is to step away from it, gain perspective, learn, and let go. That’s just what this 60 minutes on your yoga mat at the end of 2021 will offer. Join Kayla Sebest for this grounding flow designed to help you gain perspective on your year, your goals, your body, and your ability to let go and move on. This class will be accessible to all levels in our Power to the Zen format. You’ll get powerful breath to movement invigorating flow for the first half of class, and slow, deep stretching for the second half. The yin/yang style of this class represents the process of burning through what no longer serves you, taking time to release and let go, and an opportunity to dive deeper into what is at the core of your new beginnings.

Yes, there will be mimosas after class for our 21+ friends!
