New Years Day STRENGTH

It’s just one more new day on the calendar, and we know that the shift to 2022 may not “resolve” a whole lot, but the way YOU set intentions and enter into the new year can make a big difference. Take some time on this first day of your new year to join Emily Ellis for a powerful full body workout. This class will be in our classic STRENGTH format, using weights, kettlebells, and bodyweight movement to provide a challenging workout. Plus, this class will offer some special challenges for your mind and body so you can start your year off strong.
