Take some time on this first day of your new year to join Emily Ellis for a soulful flow designed to clear space in your mind and body so you can start the new year with fresh intentions and clarity. This class will be accessible to all levels in our FLOW: Steady format. You’ll get to move powerfully to the cadence of your breath to find that meditative flow state while exploring movements that awaken your whole body and stretch you out from head to toe.
